2. Eligibility

STC Zoone provides a digital platform for streaming films, web series, short films, documentaries, and other audio-visual content submitted by film producers and content owners under valid agreements. All content is made available to viewers against a paid subscription or other payment models as decided by the Platform.

4. User Account and Subscription

To access paid content, users may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account. Subscription fees, validity, and benefits shall be as displayed on the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments made on STC Zoone are processed through secure payment gateways. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated explicitly or required by applicable law. STC Zoone reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, or payment terms at any time.

6. Content Rights and Intellectual Property

All content available on STC Zoone is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Content uploaded by producers remains their intellectual property; however, STC Zoone holds distribution and streaming rights as per executed agreements. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, recording, reproducing, distributing, or exploiting any content without written permission.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to unauthorized access, content piracy, sharing login credentials, uploading malicious software, or engaging in unlawful, abusive, or offensive behavior. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.

8. Content Disclaimer

STC Zoone acts as a digital distributor and does not independently verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, opinions, or views expressed in the content made available on the Platform. Viewer discretion is advised, as some content may contain strong language, mature themes, or cultural expressions.

9. Termination

STC Zoone reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or access to the Platform at its sole discretion if these Terms are violated, or if required by law, without any liability.
