Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Users may submit grievances relating to content, privacy, data protection, account issues, or any other concern by contacting the Grievance Officer through the above contact details.

All grievances shall be acknowledged within 24–48 hours of receipt.

The grievance shall be resolved within 15 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

STC Zoone shall make reasonable efforts to address and resolve complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

Grievances may include, but are not limited to:

Content-related complaints

Account suspension or access issues

Payment, billing, or subscription disputes

Violation of applicable laws or platform policies

Policy Updates
