This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all subscriptions, payments, and services offered on STC Zoone. By subscribing to or making a payment on the Platform, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. No Refund After Service Commencement

Once a subscription, pay-per-view purchase, or any paid service is activated and access to content is provided, no refund, cancellation, or chargeback shall be permitted under any circumstances. Streaming access is considered the commencement of service.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users may choose to cancel their subscription at any time; however, cancellation will only stop future renewals. No refund or partial refund shall be provided for the remaining or unused subscription period.

3. Pay-Per-View Content

All pay-per-view purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the content has been granted, irrespective of the duration watched.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

In cases where a payment fails but the amount is deducted, or where a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error, users may contact our support team. After verification, such amounts may be refunded or adjusted at the sole discretion of STC Zoone.

5. Technical Issues

Temporary technical issues such as buffering, slow streaming, device incompatibility, or internet-related problems do not qualify for refunds, as these factors may be beyond the control of STC Zoone.

6. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, you must notify us immediately. STC Zoone will investigate the matter; however, refunds, if any, shall be subject to verification and applicable laws.

7. Right to Modify Policy

STC Zoone reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir.
